chatworx is built by dataplata — a team that spent years watching support teams struggle with fragmented tools, missed messages, and zero visibility across channels.

The problem was consistent: companies were managing WhatsApp on one phone, email in an inbox, Facebook messages in a browser tab, and Instagram DMs on another device. Agents were copy-pasting context between tools. Supervisors had no idea who was handling what, or how fast things were moving.
